    To whom it may concern:I went to this store on July 23, 2024 and had a Live-Scan in the amount of $120.00. This office made an error/mistakes on the reference *** data of my live-scan submitted per ********************* (***) information . This resulted the requesting party (******************************) not receiving the result. I went to this store and discussed this matter, but instead of helping me, she (The Manager) was so rude and arrogant and insisted that the *** doesnt know what theyre talking about and blamed *** was wrong. She wants me to do it again and pay again for their service. I didnt do what she wanted and instead went to ************** to have this done. I want a Refund because of their failure to complete their service.Reference#*** B205VER624 Attached: Messages from *** The *** number you have provided corresponds to a transaction associated with a different *** and mail code. *** processes transactions with the information entered by the Live Scan operator. It is possible that the Live Scan operator made a mistake in entering this transaction. *** does not correct errors made at the Live Scan site and results cannot be transferred from one *** number to another. To receive the results for your assigned *** and mail code, the applicant will have to print again as an initial transaction with the Live Scan operator entering your *** and mail code at the time the transaction is conducted. Make sure not to reference any previous transactions; the **** field must be left blank.Respectfully,****** ******* ***
