What a hunk of junk. We payed $2k for a Go Chair that was delivered on 10/31/23. It's June 2024 and so far, the battery doesn't hold a charge nearly as long as advertised, the set s**** popped out of the left arm and the rubber k*** on the joystick keeps popping off.My client is 93 years old and an extreme fall risk. He is not allowed to stand or walk on his own. He relies heavily on this chair and cannot afford to have it falling apart in 8 months. The set s**** holds the arm in place. Without it, the arm wobbles enough to be unsafe for him to use it to get himself and in and out of the chair. The joystick rubber k*** keeps popping off and rolling onto the floor, which he cannot reach or retrieve.Re-mobilizers (the seller) has dropped off the planet (not returning multiple phone calls) and there doesn't appear to be anyone locally to service the chair under the warranty other than the seller. I'm at a loss as to what to do as the manufacturer is as non-responsive as the business who sold us the chair.I looked at reviews on Yelp and they are pretty awful. It appears I'm not the only buyer who gets dumped by Re-mobilzers once the sale is complete.

Re-Mobilizers was permanently closed April 1st 2024. I would recommend the end user contact Pride mobility as all the complaints are a wear and tear issues.  Pride also only warranties batteries for 6 months.  Prides phone number is ************.  Unfortunately everything listed in the complaint is a non warrant issue.
