    One week ago last Sunday September 22, 2024 Bay Area express moving was to deliver our HomeGoods to our new home in ***********. They came in a Penske truck rather than a semi because the semi would not go into our neighborhood. Thats understandable they were to bring the rest of our stuff the next morning as it took them longer than expected to unload that evening. It is now one week later and they have not deliver the rest of our goods, but they have been paid in full. Each day they tell me it will be a day or two later and on Thursday, they promised it would be here Sunday. I spoke to *****, one of their team leaders, this morning and he assured me they would get our goods here today and that he would call me back within 15 minutes not only has he not called me back, he is not taking my calls. All we really want is our stuff we dont understand why they havent rented a second truck. No one is telling us anything. Their parent company beacon Moving has not been helpful. All we want at the end of the day, is the rest of our stuff. In a perfect world we get reimbursed some money, but we really just our home goods thank you for your attention to this matter. ****** *****

    Hired this company to pay for my moving expenses! I paid half the money up front and the other half was paid when they delivers my items! Unfortunately they didn't deliver all of my items! I had a King size bed that wasn't delivered and 2 moving boxes along with a **** area rug! I filed a complaint with the insurance company and haven't heard back from them in over 60 days! I paid all my fees but never got a response from the moving company! Please help! Thank you
