    Hi there
    My situation was that I was looking for a Digital piano, I went to the one music group website that I put a piano into my shopping cart and ****** it up to see how much it was going to cost me, but accidentally I pressed The purchase bottom, and the order went though. So I called their customer service to tell them right away if they could cancel my order, but my call was not answered, then I emailed the company that my order is************ (placed on 09/08/2022) and explained the situation, No response for my email, so a few hours later , I made two more phone call to their customer service , finally I was told by the representative named "******" (probably how it's pronounced) that the order will be canceled once he gets the approval form the Manager and I will get an email of cancellation in a few days afterwards. Unfortunately I got an email of shipping notifications the next day night, that my order was being shipped to me , I was trying to call customer service again but there was no representatives available Friday night and the weekend , so I emailed them again telling the situation , No response, so I had to wait it until Monday(09/12), finally I got to talk the representative again who acted surprised the order was shipped to me, but he told me that " not to be worry" if it's being shipped to me ,he will make arrangements to take the order back. So No surprised the order arrived on Thursday(09/15), I called the company again and the same thing I was told initially "they will take the order back " ,so I was patiently waiting for it but back forth two months later now, they still didn't do anything meanwhile I have made more than 20 calls to them, they even told me That Filing a complaint to BBB is Not gonna help this. So I feel like I was trapped and being lied many times . Please help me to resolve the situation to make them know that being honest to the customers is the fundamentals of a better business. Thank you so much!

    Hello,
    We're sorry for all inconvenience. There may be some mishandling during the customer service and operation team. I have attached the *** return label, the customer can stick it on the box and call *** to ship the piano back. We have already issued a full refund to the customer. Please let the customer check with the bank.
