    What is the business committed to provide you? Permanent Makeup for brows, eyes, and lips.What is the nature of the dispute? I paid for a service I no longer want. The owner refuses to give me my money back.Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem? The owner has only offered to credit money paid to another service she offers.What Happened? On 10/31/2023 I had an appointment with ****** ********************************************************************* Makeup. **** the owner had me fill out her form, sign it and give her $400.00 cash. She showed me pictures of brows and she discussed the best procedure to do for me to get the brow look I asked her for. She had me lay down while she mapped over my old brows with various tools, shape and size, then gave me the mirror. I was horrified to see what she thought my brows should look like. It was not at all what I wanted. She said, "No refund." I did not want to lose my money so I thought I would make an appointment for the ****************** She told me I had a month to do it, or her offer would expire, meaning she would credit the money I already paid her, to that service. (Her form does not show any note of an Expiration Date of Service.) I did make an appointment for that service but later cancelled it. During the last 9 months we have only communicated a few times, via email, texts and a phone call. All the while I was asking for a refund, and she is asking for me to schedule the lip service. Now after reading bad reviews from unhappy clients on Yelp and ******* I am hesitant to use any other services she offers. We are talking about permanent makeup! I did offer to deduct $50.00 dollars for the 30 minutes she spent of her time with me.Her form says *Price (No Refunds with No reason) I wonder why? She implied in one of her texts to me that she's used to seeing many clients wanting to annoy her business. Any good reputable business would want to provide good customer service.
