    On July 13, 2024 we received insufficient and incomplete services from RPM Exterminators. This was an ongoing service that we had received for 3 1/2 years. Since a new technician has been servicing us, we have been having problems and contacted them to let them know that the service was not satisfactory. Their website states, "We guarantee complete satisfaction with any agreement or term." They also state, "We specialize in the following services: Insect control to include, but not limited to, ants, roaches, spiders and spider web removal, fleas, earwigs, silverfish, bees and wasps. Bird and rodent exclusion, Live animal trapping and relocation, RPM offers several service agreement options including monthly, bimonthly, and quarterly terms as well as one-time services." We did not receive any removal of spider webs as our patio was covered with them along with some living spiders, which were very obvious to see. Despite the fact that beforehand, I spoke to the business and technician about it and my daughter left a message to the technician about it also. Instead of trying to solve the problem, this business has decided to cancel future service to us. Since the service we received was incomplete and unsatisfactory, we requested a refund of the last payment of $90, and we are not receiving any reply.

    Complaint reply:

    RPM Exterminators gave 3 1/2 years of service to the individual complaint and occasionally received calls regarding dissatisfaction. We would offer to come back as we gave free trouble calls in between services. We know we cannot make everyone happy, and expectation of service is different with each client. Our technician did remove webs from the home but not the patio fencing areas as that is not part of the living structure. We chose to end our relationship because we felt we could not provide what the consumer was asking. A refund of $90 was sent on 7/24/24. We respectfully decline to engage any further with this client.
