    On June 16, 2023 I ordered dinner from them, pizza and a drink. The driver never showed up with my order. I ordered directly through little caesars website but apparently they are contracted with doordash to deliver the food. I called customer support that night because the driver wasn't responding to my texts or calls. The support member tried calling the driver as well and then since they couldn't reach the driver she canceled my order and said I should receive a refund in **** business days. I called back several times, which is documented each time with an email showing the attachments below. ******** said they couldn't refund me since I paid little caesars directly. I tried reaching out to little caesars and I was put on hold and left there for an hour and no one ever came to the phone. I just want my money back. I have attached screenshots of all the confirmation emails they sent when I followed up about the refund and also a screenshot of my bank statement, when I was charged but never refunded
