    I dropped a package here last week on 6/14/2024, and it didnt move for a whole week, so I called yesterday and there is a woman who answered the phone and confirmed with me that the package is still in the store. So I came into the store today and kindly asked the owner to check. then this owner flipped at me and started yelling, asking me to check with **** not them. I told him I checked on the phone yesterday with them and the package was still here yesterday, can you please check in the back. and then he flipped even more and started yelling at me to get out of the store. For the owner to react like this is disrespect and fishy, if the package is not in store like he said, he can just kindly check and confirm instead of denying and yelling at me. Also the fact the package was still at the store even after one week is crazy, the way the owner just dinied the fact they admitted the package is still in store is very suspicious. They might have just ************ leave out the package.

    To Whom It May ************************* the concern you raised, I wanted to assure you that we take pride in providing excellent customer service to our patrons and if in case there are some issues, I would like to help our Patrons with best of our abilities and to their fullest satisfaction.

    This case is of a dropped of mail packet at our store. We have posted our drop-off policies in the store, and we do not take any responsibility & guarantee of dropped of mail/packets as we rely on third party carriers like *********** DHL, and ***** This is the additional free of charge complimentary service we provide to our Patrons.
    Generally, each carrier has different pick-up times every day and in this case **** mail pick up time is 1:00 PM PST. Any mail dropped-off after 1:00 PM is picked up next day by the intended carrier.
    Our Patron in this complaint, dropped the mail packet on 6/14/2024 (Friday) after 1:00 PM. So that mail packet should have been picked-up by **** on Monday (6/17/2024) given that **** do not pick up mails on Saturdays. The carrier person due to some reasons (which we dont know) didnt pick his package on Monday, but eventually picked it up on 6/18/2024.
    I understand the frustration of our Patron, but this is unintentional human mistake by Carrier person (which we have no control over). Other things mentioned by our Patron are mere exaggerations of the situation.
    I hope you understand our side of the story. In the end, I want to reiterate that we will continue to provide excellent customer service to our patrons.
