    I entered into a contract with vanilla heart, Publishing, and woodwork with *** and get calls which were always recorded, and I set up payment for three books to be published the first one which I have received, but now I can never get hold of them. The person has changed to somebody called ***** who sounds exactly like ***, but theyre just ignoring my calls now and I dont know what else to do because Ive sent them everything they need for the second and third book the writing 10 and they had apparently got to a stage where the second book shouldve been published and now its been a long time and I havent heard anything

    Hello, Vanilla Heart Publishing offered to publish a ********* page for me for $750. All sounded great, minus what turned out to be one critical point hidden in the small text of their advertising about it:"Notability Assessment Our team will verify Alliance Tutoring's eligibility by gathering independent, verifiable sources that highlight the tutoring company."In fact, the articles mentioned were necessary for publishing a legitimate ********* page, but were not, as it turned out, included in the $750, ambiguously worded in the above. After taking my $750, Vanilla Heart then suggested they needed me to:"List down all the media links that include your and mention you in any way (minimum 6 8 links). Please note that articles, blogs, press releases and other similar links do not count as reliable sources. Significant Media Coverage from news and media websites count as reliable sourcing."As I had none of the above, which they well knew, they would happily provide them for an additional $3,000... This classic bait and switch attempted to extort an additional sum from me that was unacceptable, so I requested my initial $750 back, which they refused to provide according to their "policy." I respectfully ask the refund of my $750 right away, given the highly ambiguous and misleading information about the articles required for the publication of the page, which were not disclosed to me in the initial sale.

    The following amount was paid from my checking account on 9-9-2024 $600.00 Basic publishing Package. The following amount was paid from my checking account on 11-1-2024 $350.00 Copyright-content. **** ****** told me that my book would be published in November 2024. My book is not published due to their inability to edit and put my book back in the correct order that it was sent to them. I have sent instructions to put the book in the correct order after receiving a download with my book in the incorrect order from *** *******. After receiving the last download from Mr. *** ******* on 1-17-2025, finding that the book is still not corrected as per my previous instructions, I am filing this claim in hopes of dissolving our agreement and receiving a full refund. Both parties having attempted to resolve the problems and have failed.

    On April 27, 2024, I purchased a publishing package from Vanilla Heart at $799 (invoice # INV-********). This was the Extensive Publishing Package, through Senior Project Manager *********************. I also paid them $2200 for Trademark Registration (same invoice #; May 7). Additionally, I paid them $750 for Copyright Registration (April 29). Besides this, I paid them $3000, on May 24, for marketing (which was unexpected, but was told was necessary on top of the package I had already purchased). All this totaling $6749, a great deal more than the $799 that I agreed to with ******. Now they say that I owe them an additional $3000 before they will publish the book. This is in reference to a second three thousand dollars I had sent them (on July 18) just to get them off my back, but then reconsidered because I simply want what I had agreed on in the first place; and I stopped the payment on this last charge. I did not sign for these additional charges or services. I have the invoices for the first ones (the package, registrations, etc.). [The Trademark Registration even misspelled what I was registering on their form so that I can not even claim against it if there is ever a need, which makes the registration useless--which means that this was just $2200 wasted.] I have talked to several people at Vanilla Heart, and am dealing with someone different every time. Every week they call with a new charge for something new that they say I must have. And I simply want what I agreed to and paid for. But I purchased a PACKAGE. I did not want any add-ons that they demand before they will publish. I want them to publish the book, as per the PACKAGE, with what the package included, or I want a total refund so that I can publish elsewhere. They also threatened, that if I did not pay this additional three-thousand dollars, that they could still publish my book under a different name, without my consent. They also threatened they still had my card information which they could charge.
