    My complaint and questions are regarding what possible avenues I might have regarding a dispute with a moving company that I used for our move from ********** ********** to *****************. We received an initial estimate from the company of ****** and we paid a deposit of apx *****. Two days before the move the estimate went up to ****** with very little change to the overall item count that was initially given. I was in a position where I did not have time to hire a new company therefore proceeded and provided an additional apx ***** deposit. By the end of the day of the move 12/4/24 the price had increased two more times to end up with a final bill of over ****** with additional charges added that were not on the initial estimate. The company had to get a third truck which we were not notified of prior to which also increased the amount by $10,000.The initial estimate of ****** was for Estimated CF: 3441 / 348 Pieces The final of ****** which again almost tripled the amount was:Additional CF: +1859 / +73 pieces I have tried multiple times by both phone and text to get resolution with the company to no avail, I finally received an email message from the customer service team an individual named ********* where all she did was give the same information that I already knew in regards to the invoice and stated that I must pay to receive my items. I did receive a phone call on 12/19 in the evening from the ******* who was leading the crew that picked up my items who proceeded to rate me. Call me a liar and then hang up on **** would like to see what legal options I have as I am not willing to pay ******.
