    On 6/11/2024, a service technician came to our home to give us a quote for electrical services that we were interested in upgrading at our home. We were not made aware of any fee for obtaining such a quote prior to the arrangement. We did not see or sign any papers agreeing to any price to obtain the quote and were made to believe that the quote was free. After the quote was given to us, the company sent us an invoice for the electrical estimate for $175. On their invoice they stated "This invoice is agreed and acknowledged. Payment is due upon receipt. A service fee will be charged for any returned checks, and a financing charge of 1% per month shall be applied for overdue amounts." And underneath it no signature. And the next statement "6/11/2024 I find and agree that all work performed by Valley Heating, Cooling, Electrical and Solar has been completed in a satisfactory and workmanlike manner. I have been given the opportunity to address concerns and/or discrepancies in the work provided, and I either have no such concerns or have found no discrepancies or they have been addressed to my satisfaction. My signature here signifies my full and final acceptance of all work performed by the contractor"Underneath this one was a faked signature not belonging to anyone in our home. They did not do their due diligence to inform us of a cost for getting a quote prior to the visit and then they falsely signed the invoice and sent it to us to request money.

    Hello, unfortunately this is not correct.  We have a recording of the clients call and there was clear cost information relayed and approved by them.
