  Los Gatos Roofing replaced my roof in 2007. Excellent job and service. Great crew. Two months ago I needed to replace my external ventilator and I needed a roofer to remove the old ventilator and install the new. I called Los Gatos roofing to see if they do this type of job and found out that they did. A repair estimator came out within a week and gave me a competitive estimate. On the day of the installation, the technician identified that the ventilator needed a custom flashing saddle to properly do the installation. He called their shop to have one made and it was delivered to my house within two hours. I watched the crew install the side flashing and saddle flashing and reinstall the shingles. The lead technician even went into the attic to check under the ventilator for proper sealing. I plan to contact Los Gatos roofing for my next roof work.

  Los Gatos Roofing provided me excellent service. My sales person was Robert who was fantastic to work with. He had answers to all my questions and concerns, however minor or big they were. Once the order was placed, LG roofing crew showed up promptly on the scheduled date and the project progressed flawlessly. Our order included replacing skylights, gutters, screens for them etc. All this was completed in 2 1/2 days. The sequencing of every detail was so carefully organized that anyone would be impressed. Each day, the workers steadily kept the debris and junk properly cleaned and cleared at the end of the day. When they left, the place was clean and neat, the only item left behind was a new roof in place of the aging one! A neighbor walking by even complimented me on the well laid roof and its looks. I will recommend them to anyone who seeks my input.

  Los Gatos Roofing was very easy to work with. Juan clearly communicated expectations and was very helpful in preparing for the installation. The excellent workmanship was commented on by many. We found the employees polite, the site maintained clean and the roof installed in record time.

  It was a pleasure working with Juan and his crew. There were extra repairs needed on our roof but it was still completed in under 3 days. Any questions or issues that came up during the process were taken care of in short oorder. We're very happy with our new roof and glad we chose Los Gatos Roofing.
