      This security company is the absolute worst. They have an employee names ***** who was beyond rude and condescending to me. They make up their own rules without informing residents or the *** of the complex and then scam you out of money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ***** said they have a rule where they cannot give out guest passes past one AM but that is not in our *** guidelines anywhere and they never sent out a formal letter stating such. They are the worst. Do not use them!!
