    Please please, Don't use this storage place. **********************************, We paid over ****** to them over the years we used them. And they wanted more. My husband died July 11,2024. Our 2 sons and a nephew, came in town, one from ******,. On July 13, 2024, they wanted to help me get our storage out and save $542 dollars a month, they drove 2 trucks and a trailer, to get the storage out I am Now down to 1 income $1400 a month. No burial arrangements, no life insurance. Its very expensive to fight pancreatic cancer for 5 years. I gave them the wrong key, I drove to the facility, thinking the facility might be kind enough to open it for me after gave them my I.D. The manager said no, I was listed as a alternate. Even though the payments came from our joint account, and I had his will giving me everything, I have since found the correct key, went to try again, they had put a red padlock on it. Now the funeral home wrote up a letter stating they were handling the arrangements, The manager still refused, He said I have to go to the court house get a affidavit of death and get it notarized, along with death certificate, most likely wont come till after the memorial service. on August 24, 2024. He also said if I get all that, he still wouldn't, because I would have to wait 40 days, even with everything else all completed. I needed pictures for my husbands memorial service. the service is August 24. Now I Have no help, sons went back home. I wont have the time to find the pictures in all the stuff I have to move without any help. Please don't use this place. West Coast Self Storage, ********************************************************* By the time I get the storage out without any help, this manager will have racked in another $1500. from a widow who just 2 days earlier, lost her husband to pancreatic cancer, needing pictures and memory items in their storage, to prepare a memorial service for him. Please find another place that cares about you

    This place claims climate control which is not the case, over ***************************************** reason. Very unprofessional management.
