    I hired Trademark Proficient to handle state and federal trademark filings for my business (Money ****************), including name and logo under Classes 25 and 35. I was told the filings were done in 2023. That was false. The ***** confirmed nothing was filed until April 9, 2025 and only Class 25, not both classes I paid for.They falsely told me there was a ***** system crash that delayed my filing but the ***** confirmed that never happened. I was connected to a fake ***** *** who refused to give their name or contact info. The ***** confirmed no ***resentative would behave that way.The only reason anything was filed at all is because I began asking questions and warned ***** ***** (main contact) that I felt scammed and was p***aring to ***ort it. A filing appeared days later, clearly as a response to that pressure, not as work they had done earlier.Over the course of more than a year, I paid a total of $3,179 for trademark filings, multiple classes, government filing fees, and over a year of monitoring services. But monitoring was fraudulent because for most of that time, there was no trademark on file to monitor.They ***eatedly used fraudulent and deceptive practices giving me false timelines, misleading information, fabricated excuses, and charging for services they hadnt performed.I have full documentation: invoices, matching bank/credit statements, texts, emails, and *************. I had to manually change the correspondent info with ***** to regain control of my filing.     On 10/10/2023 I paid $430 and submitted, my believed documents, for a trademark to my contact ***************************************** On 10/16/2023 I asked for an update with no response. On 10/19/2023 I asked for an update again and to see proof of any never heard back. On 01/4/2024 I emailed my grievances to a manager at *************************************** he wrote back apologized and assigned a new case manager to me who I never heard from.7/8/2024 I attempted to reclaim my money through my bank but somehow did not receive any money back.2/27/2025 I have been out of the office due to a pregnancy and was not able to follow up with this company but now that I have returned, I emailed ****** and my "new case manager" *************************************** again for proof and still received nothing.

    We were billed four separate times by 3 separate entities. We paid for certain classes to be filed with the ****** they were not. When we contacted Trademark Proficient, they didn't have any answers as to how that happened, they also refused to provide the other invoices. Our case manager also claimed to work with the ****** which is a lie. The ***** doesn't work with third party firms for applications.

    We are alleging the business failed to provide the service as described. In that, the application to the US TRADE **** AND PATENT office is flawed and will likely be rejected, per the advice of a trademark attorney that has review the correspondence.One part of the request for payment is an outright "scam" as desribed by our attorney.

    I paid a company, Trademark Proficient over $3k to perform various services. I was onboarded with this company on 7/17/2023 and became aware of the services they offered and what I agreed to contract them for. This company has had nearly $1k of my money since October but still have not filed for my three Trademark applications. I paid $250 for an e-commerce plug in back in October and we are just now as of yesterday able to purchase tickets on our website. I paid this company another $300 for PREMIUM email service. Because I have complained to them about their lack of professionalism and theft of my money for services they have not performed, they decided (as the third party administrator) to downgrade my email account to the FREE plan. The Free plan has a much much smaller storage capacity. Because I had premium I am waaay over the storage limit. This means since Friday late morning I have been unable to send/receive emails from my account. ***************** and said it was due to maintenance. (No warning and in the middle of the day...) Meanwhile, I chatted with a representative from ********* and discovered that earlier in the day my account had been downgraded to the FREE plan. Please do. not allow these people to steal my money and hold my email account hostage; in an attempt to extort me into silence. They are scam artists!

    I talked to **** last week. She apologized. I did a competitive check on Trademark Proficient. See 2 emails below. I am trying to help her go after these charlatans. 

    Checking today, I see ****'s errant BBB complaint is still here. **** said last week she'd remove it. I asked about today, via email. See below.

    credit card chargeback on Trademark Proficient for your $3500.
    You only have 6 months to do so, if they were legitimate. If they
    disappear you'll lose your $. They are a scam.

    sort through your issue to figure out the best course of action.

    I called ************.The person there answered "Thanks for calling. May help you?" I asked his name. "*****", he replied. I asked what the name of his business is? He said "Trademark Proficient. We are a law firm", while mispronouncing the word "proficient" in his heavy Pakistani accent. I said my friend ***** wasn't getting any service, so therefore I went to their ************ office to talk to them in person. I said I found there was no such address. It was a shopping center. Then I got shuttled to their ******************** where 5 minutes later I got "***********************". **** refused to explain why they had a fake address. Repeatedly talking over me. Then he hung up on me.

    The best course of action is a credit card charge back. My understanding is you
    have 6 months to file a complaint. These people are scam artists. Do NOT trust
    them with your trademarks. Their only purpose is to cheat you.

    I have been looking at their Trustpilot reviews. Odd they have 52 reviews, 
    but yet don't have a 5.0 rating. That is a Trustpilot issue. Reading these reviews,
    they strike me as odd. Odd as to how they are written and why such a high %
    have first and last names listed. Skimming I saw 49 or the 52 reviews with first
    and last names. To note: a check of WhoIs found their domain used the same
    registration company from ******* where I have seen other scam web site use
    before. See ******************************************************.

    Here's 2 odd reviews. One where the time lines don't make sense. Trademark
    registration takes 8-9 months, not 14 months. The other cites Pinnacle Trademark.
