    Immediately following destructive storms early Jan 2023, I contacted Certified. Rep out same day, quoted price after listening to my concerns, expectations re my 80- 100'ft tall, mature Pine Tree. I was assured ALL would be relayed to crew. Crew began 1/12/23 at 10am; told theyd finish by 2 - 3pm. Crew cut a limb that fell onto high volatage wire; teetering, began smoking. Fire ***** PGE responded. Work halted 1.5 hrs, PGE shut off for 2. Work *** resume ONLY to lower 2/3 of tree after tree "supv" advised me they MUST use bucket to trim anything above highest wire; std requirement observed by tree trimmers. By 3:30pm I had to leave for 2 hr appt. On return I was vry upset to see lower 1/3 all sturdy, thick limbs w/foilage cut off to trunk, or 1/2 way & ALL foilage removed! Totally BARE, unbalanced. Upset, I reiterated thinning at TOP; reduce wind toppling tree as originally requested. Tree thinned a bit more w/irregular cuts; NO balance/symetry involved. Cut back severely one side, opposing side w/long limbs extending toward roofline. B&A pics" Huge pile limbs/logs left across entire front of street, no access to parking until crew returned 1/20 w/no prior notice nor explanation, banging door.I now demanded they balance out unsightly remains; told by **** they cant risk doing much more, so much already removed the tree could die! I told **** his crew were unproffessional hackers; work totallysubstandard. He agreed, said orig crew fired! He would clear street nxt, b4 payment, Ieave it as found, clean. NO; big mess of sawdust all over street, extended to neighbors driveway, Told truck full, had to dump; return bxt day to finish. So upset at how ugly my once mature, majestic tree looks I finally ck'd bus license: "UNLICENSED since 10/31/2021 & NO WC coverage, unlike the doc provided. I'm spitting mad/upset & will be for yrs everytime I view my front yard. My losses: beauty, health of tree, unblanced/unsightly/ugly, shade/privacy/dimished property value.
