In 2022, after I purchased 200hrs/package for my daughter in C2 Cupertino, one day C2 director ********************** called me that they were having promotion package" without expiration date "so I purchased another 200 hrs for my 9th grader son for his future use. ******** just asked me the credit card information for the payment without telling me any contract required, on the same day after the credit card payment transaction went through, C2 told me to sign a contract , I didnt sign any contract because its after the payment and I didn't feel comfortable to sign any contract. The class experience in Cupertino for my son was not useful at all and usually really hard to schedule a qualified teacher for tutoring, we didnt feel like my son got benefit from any C2 tutoring sessions so barely used the purchased hours until this July, I tried to schedule a SAT session, I was just told my whole package of unused 175 hours of my son will be expired this October(year 2024). Before I called, there was no any agreement or notice to inform me of the expiration date.Apparently, my kid could not consume 175 remaining unused hours in just 3 months so I requested to refund the unused 175 hrs. C2 said they only can refund 70% of my payments of 10K and always said some excuse to delay the refund. I didint agree refund 70% and requested full refund for the remaining hours, which is total $8750 for $50*175hrs. ***************************** - ************************************** replied me to meet in C2 Cupertino with *********************** ,District manager **************** discuss. When I had a meeting in C2 Cupertino with the northcal district manager, *********************, and *******, they threatened and shouted at me to sign the agreement of refund 70% or I could ask attorney to help . I felt very scared in their office alone myself with two men when they yelled at me and asked me out. so I signed,This is horrify experience and a scam. ***************** should investigate C2 Education Cupertino.

I am rejecting this response because when I had a conversation with ******* *****,  Vice President, ***************** of C2 education to settle this issue, I mentioned to her that , in addition to refund, I requested C2 Education Cupertino, send me a apology letter with signature of all the  staffs I mentioned in the complaint. The staffs involved in C2 Education Cupertino have to apologize to me for their misconduct of yelling, threatening and scared their client. Now I've received the refund but no apology letter.

    Sincerely,
