  I attempted to enroll my child into the math tutoring. I contacted the business, RSM, and was asked me to pay the enrollment fee first, $100 + the credit card fee. Due to the schedule conflict, my child couldn't go to the class as desired and there's no alternative schedule provided by the business. I asked for the refund of the enrollment fee and they refused to do so. There's no real way of communication to to business, no phone number, only sluggish email response from unknown party. I was very concerned with the legitimacy of this business. Later on, I've learned so much bad experiences from the other parents (Please reference any reputable review sources, ******* Yelp, etc). This business has been operated ponzi scheme way of financially exploiting to many of the ******* working family with hope to improving their children's math skill. This is a known issues and it's very alarming. I was with shock to learn such business practice is in existence. I might eventually lose this $100.85, however; I would like to alert BBB to research and protect so many innocent family and their children in large. Sincerely,Joting ****

  Please be advised that our hours of operations are posted on our website and we welcome parents to discuss any of their concerns in person with our manager on site if there were any misunderstanding between them and the office. As many education programs, we have an appointments system in place to schedule such conversations.  All alternative schedules for a class of your interest are published on our website. We have a clear payment and cancellation policy, receipt of which parents acknowledge before they pay the Registration Fees. When you registered your child with RSM you checked the box "Agree" next to the policy. According to this policy, the Registration Fees are non-refundable. We are sorry to hear that you found some people who did not like our program.

  I spent $3000 and send my daughter to this school for Math. They ************ money and didn't teach students in a speed that can keep up with her regular School. As a result, my daughter had bad grades in school. We deserver partial or full refund.

  The class your student was enrolled in had a goal of coaching towards ** Calculus BC test. We were not aware of topics, dates of tests, and testing methods existed in your students public school prior to the ** Calculus BC testing date; therefore, we consider ourselves not responsible for test scores on the ongoing school tests that you are referring as bad. We regret the lack of mutual communication that took place this year. We thank you for a multi-year enrollment of your children with our program.
