  Paid to have a website built in June 2022 and was offer 3 years of FREE hosting services. As it stands, the three years is not yet completed. Yet, on 5/9/2024 whe I accessed my website there was a message: "Account Suspended This Account has been suspended.Contact your hosting provider for more information."I tried contacting them on all the numbers listed even the ones here on the BBB site and they are all out of service.I would like to be able to contact this company Agile Web Studios so I can get access to all the assets for my business website. As of to date I am unable to communicate with anyone.The contact began with a company called QUAD WEB who assigned my website to be built by Agile Web Studios. If anyone has any info please provide. Thank you

  100% Scam. My incomplete web pages went live and after 1 week crashed . They take advantage of your lack of knowledge on how to build a site. After crashing and paying over *******, I was told I needed to pay a server fee and get a certificate to protect my site. I paid another ****** fee for a server and my site is now down. No one answers emails , texts, nor phones . This company is 100% !bogus . Stay far away. They will take advantage if you give them a chance . Do not do business with these thieves.

  Im currently working with a fellow named **** with Agile web Studios. They *******************, changes in a timely manner but instead deliver the opposite, delays , errors that are not a webpage professional by normal standard. He then discusses other things that they can offer as to fish more business to derail the uncompleted work. Avoid starting with them.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL & TOXIC! TOTAL SCAM!In April 2022 I started working with your company to develop a mobile application app for an idea I had. After speaking with ******************* (aka "******************) he convinced me to sign with your company to bring my vision to life. He assured me that I would receive a fully functioning app, a registered Business LLLC, high quality functioning website as well as built-in features relevant to my app's category.After working 4-5 months with "********************** and "********************** I was somehow passed off in July, 2022 to one of the affiliate companies, Agile Web Studios in ********, **********. ***** and **** have another "company" called "THE MR **** (beware of them too). I have not heard from either ***** OR **** since last July, 2022...not even an acknowledgment or heads up that I was being handed off or with any further detail.Since then, it has been one of the most frustrating, stressful and unreliable experiences I have ever had working with any business. Many of the things I was promised from the very beginning before investing almost $15,000 of my own personal savings into this idea have not been delivered on. - My app doesn't load half the time OR the content on it - It is riddled with spelling mistakes - The Business LLC registration has never been sent to me - I've never seen a contract or formal invoice - Website isn't a functioning website, but rather a basic dashboard system.-They also breached contract by not providing me w/back-end info(source code-SSH) that I own and paid for.It has been just awful. They are unreliable, unprofessional and terrible at their jobs. Changes that he assures me will take 2-3 days at most sometimes take more than a month to see. It's just a bunch of fake names and fake positions...I have never been sent a contract or a formal invoice, and they continue to underdeliver. When they do finally respond, it's like speaking with incompetent toddlers.

  I don't really know where to start. These guys are a bunch of scammers. The are somehow outsourced by Pexil WebMasters. Had I know ***** was going to outsource to these guys, I would have never entered an agreement. The crashed my existing site after working on a site for 8 weeks. Its been down now for 5 days. Stay away

  I paid $250 up front for a website and it was the worst looking website I have ever seen. I asked for the file and they won't give it to me. Don't waste your time with these clowns.

  They are scammers. I paid $1100 for a website. I asked for a refund per the claim on their website - I could get a refund if I asked for it before approving a final design. They refused. I thought I'd stopped payment on the first $500. I thought wrong. I had no contract. No product. It sounds as if the men have accents. Actually, I believe they are using a voice machine. Their voices sound like the one ***************************** used before his death.

  They told me they were a number one rated company and could easily meet my deadline. They also did not want to use my collaborator account wanted my full admin access to my billing account. I refused and forced them to use the developer account I created for them. I hired them in November I was very specific and made them agree I could only hire them if they would agree to build my site in two weeks' time to meet my advertising window. We had everything laid out all they had to do was lay out the content. We checked in daily, and they did not even put any code up for two weeks and it was very far off from what we discussed. I sent many revisions list to them and each time they would do about half the list and say they were done. I would look and create a new list with half the previous one and all the new issues. They created as many new issues as they solved. By end of February, I still did not have a site I could use and had some Shopify errors they could not resolve. You could not add products to the site. I removed access and fired them at the end of February. Communication was horrible, and the work was very sub-par they just do not have the skill set to complete the site.
