    I hired and Elite Web accept to provide me a website for my non-profit organization in the amount of ******** followed by an ELITE WEBSITE HUB for transaction on*********** in the total amount of ******** Elite offered to deduct ******* and refund me $250.00 for the not completing the work I paid them to do. The work was not complete and can't be restarted by another firm, therefore I am asking for the full refund of $420.00. Elite letter of guilt below: Hello*********** We hope you are doing well, We have gone through this complete back and forth communication between you and ********* and found that the package which you have purchased is delivered and Mr. ***** has asked you provide the details which are not part of the package, he requested couple of time but you did not replied for that, After reviewing the whole scenario we came up with following options, 1. You can provide the required information and we will deliver the website after 3 to 5 working days. 2. We will deduct 40% of the amount against the work our team has done for you and refund the balance amount. Amount Paid: $420 Deduction: $168 Payable Amount: $250 Amount will be refunded in 45 days after acknowledgment of this email. Once the refund will be processed we will provide you the respective screenshot. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.     Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/28) */ ***************** is trying to manipulate the whole scenario by providing less information but he never said or provided the evidence Our Billing Team was trying to reach him as shown in your provided document but *** ******* never told you that he disputed the amount and against that our team provided the complete evidence to bank and bank gave decision in our favor and we won the case, We have attached the complete evidence of payments and everything which you can see that on which date he disputed the amount and and on which date we were following with him but he never replied. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/07/29) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The Elite Web Design acknowledged a partial refund to me because they did not complete the website design assignment and spent to much time asking me for more money to host a website that did not exist. This company need to refund me not less than ******* for the problems caused.
