      I ordered a ready to wear wedding dress from Olivia Bottega for $500. It arrived on March 6 and I promptly returned it that day following all return directions. It is now April 15th and have yet to receive my refund. Ive been given the run around by 3 different customer service **** saying 5-7 business days over and over and nothing. When I call their phone number, I get hung up on.

      Transaction date December 13th 2024 12/13/24 Transaction amount for $1,8700.00 Bought through Affirm.December 21st 2024, 12/21/24 The Business committed to a full refund by January 17th 2025 01/17/25 I keep contacting the company about said refund, they keep stating it would be there in a week. The weeks have came and gone, they are no longer providing a new refund date and not responding to the first message/phone call, I have to reach out to them multiple times on the same day to speak to anyone. They just keep repeating well update you with new details soon thats been said for over three weeks, nearly a month, on top of the original wait time for the refund, having spoken with them multiple times in those weeks. I have also contacted Affirm that the order was canceled and I am expecting a refund, not having received a response yet.
