    On 5/7/2024 I paid Hope by the sea a total of ****** dollars for thier services. I admitted that day to complete a 30 day detox and rehab trateatment program. I prior to signing payment agreememt i notified the interviewer and other personal lf my current and ongoing health issues along with possible complications on top of my addiction. Within two days of my arrival i began to feels the symtoms of my health issues due to constant exposure of irritant that cuased my medical conditon to worsen. By day 4 i could not sleep, rest or get good oxygen and requested that inbe allowed to leave back home until i was able to finish my follow up appointments and get a grasp of my health issues before returning. I was informed I had a year to complete the program. Also upon arrival on 5-7-2024 sll my personal belogings were taken (Cell phone, cash, Credit Cards...etc) when i left i was given back my medication and phone but told all my others belonging would be mailed the following monday ad it was friday afternoon. To date even after calling and being promises they would be mailed to several times i have not recieved my credit cards or bank card. Lastly becuase of my health issues and not bring able to get relief from the lack of oxygen and sleep led me to having a cloudy mind and commit rash decisions which got me into legal trouble. Ibhad not had any law issued since 2004. When i called Hope by the sea to readmit as i yold my Judge i would be entering treatment i was told that it was fine and i was accepted back in. Then a few days later as i waited for a bed to open up i was called and told they could now not accept me due to my charges and that i would have to wait until my case was solved begore they would make a decision. I the asked to spraek to someone about a refund so i could pay for a facility that would take me as I was desperate to get help they refused and said there is no refund. Over the last couple of months ive called numorous times with no assit
