    I had an appointment between 8AM and 9AM for Ultra Cleanup Services to come and wash my windows for a fee of $200. I used them once before with no issues. They arrived at 10AM with no explanation, I didn't ask for one. They wanted to raise the price to $225 because there were 4 small paint drops on the windows. The painters took care remove unwanted paint from the windows after the house was painted. I asked, are you raising the price on the quote. He said you seem angry. I was not angry but very polite. He said we are leaving. I asked for his business license number so I could report this odd behavior. They refused to give it to me. I was just astonished how this transaction was handled. Maybe they need to get to another job. I referred this company to my neighbor who was cancelled and then couldn't get another appointment for no reason.
