    Return and refund of an item purchased was denied. At time ** purchase, ***** assured me that I would be able to return the item. No conditions were states. Upon attempting to return today, manager gave varying and conflicting reason of why he would not accept return and provide refund. To reiterate, not of these we disclosed at time of purchase, and no mention of this is on receipt. Manager clearly did not wish to honkr obligation of return promised at time of purchase. Item was in new unused condition.
