    TSG Independent Property Management has abruptly and suddenly stopped mailing me billing statements for the *********** fee, regarding the months of August and September 2024. I phoned and spoke with *****, Service Manager on Sept. 9, 2024 & ****** *******, owner on Sept. 30, 2024. I was told it was a courtesy, and they do not have to send it. Yet, all owners for *********************** at ************************************** receive their billing statements by mail. I own Townhouse #** and rent it, and I had been receiving in the preceding months the billing statements at *************************************, until ***** and ****** stopped mailing the billing statements capriciously and discriminatorily. The missing billing statements are required to be mailed to me for tax filling purposes, as per my accountant. I am requesting ***** and ******, who have been hired by us townhouse owners to provide property management services, mail me the missing billing statements for August and September 2024 without penalty fees and resume mailing me the billing statements as they do for all Brightonwood Townhouse owners. My mailing address is **************************************, regarding all billing statements for ********************** #**. Please note, my mailing address has remained the same, and both ***** and ****** of TSG Independent Property Management already have it on file.
