    We had hired **** for roof work initially. Then we had him paint our house exterior and build a fence for us outside. The work started out great, communicative and prompt. After the fence was completed, they were supposed to stain it, they waited and didn't do it correctly. The wood is warped and stained now from rain. The gate is now also not closing due to the warping and hinges as well. The roof he originally fixed where he claimed they put underlayment in, didn't have any of that and they put the tiles directly on the house, no protection. When they painted the house, they claimed they would and did fix our *****, which are all along the house under the roof. We had to get them replaced 6 months later as they were rotting and molding. I have attempted to reach out to him, he claimed through text they would fix it and constantly reschedule. Then went dark. I have reached out multiple times, he has now blocked me and we are out a significant amount of money.

    This Business has not completed the job and what was done is unacceptable and disgusting Job started January 5th was supposed to last 2 weeks its been over 8 months and they haven't finished and what has been done is shockingly bad. the owner has given excuses and excuses, lies and more lies . Never applied for permit , has no qualified employees and abandoned the job living exposed hot wires , damage landing and poor workmanship. clearly unqualified. the hoa, la playa ******, has paid them around 15k and we still owe around 11k to be paid at completion . The are unqualified to finish the job , One of homecrown's agent hired a different company to finish the job but after the new company ( ***** roofing ) got permits, the owner of Homecrown, refused to pay the mobilization amount and the company backed out . I have and unfinished roof for 8 months , no exterior lights as they left everything exposed and the part they have done is horrible. i have hundreds of messages with he owner and his agent ***** , emails , pictures and he refuses to do the job corretly.
