    The worst job I have ever had was working here. They promise a raise after your 90th day of employment. Myself and many others did not receive this raise until we went directly to the HR director. They promise holiday pay for working days like thanksgiving and christmas. Once again management failed to do their job and paid everybody their regular rate. Promotions are promised to loyal employees frequently, but nobody ever got promoted from within in my entire time there. This company frequently pays out the wrong amount to employees who have earned card tips. I have seen multiple instances of people recording upwards of 300 dollars in charge tips over a pay period, only to see a significantly lower amount on their paycheck.The worst thing that goes on here is the nepotism. One of this companies favorited employees threatened to punch me in the face during a shift, in front of customers. He then threatened to kill me. Nothing was done in terms of discipline to this worker and I was forced to work alongside him for several more months. I reported the harassment to the HR director, absolutely nothing was done

    NUG violates their terms of returning damage/faulty products. I was a very loyal customer since the place began. I had experience situations in that store where they would absolutely not validate/uphold the statement written on their receits. There are employees here that have misled me on various products they sell. One way i was mislead was by, believeing I had customer rights, and if I had a damage/ faulty product I would get store credit or an exchange. Equally important, when i came due to my purchase breaking because the carton/bag NUG gave me. I had my receit, a cool head, the photo evidence(with a date and time), and the broken items. The employee said I did not need anything. And that I should throw the evidence away. Thats when i realized I was getting scamed. I was emotionally distressed, i was so loyal. And I just cried. Because I believe this placed cared. I would like a response and credit for the appropriate amount. I did not lie and i expect the same.
