      Ordered from them September 13.. and Ive heard nothing from them . My order has not been sent nor emails returned! I found a phone number rude man called me back and I texted him asking about my order . His reply was have a great evening then nothing ??? Ill be contacting my credit card and canceling this order. Sketchy company !!!

      So I order a swingarm bag from ****** said bag shipped on oct 3 its the 12th and no bag. Well they dont have a contact number. I see why now so I got on ******** to message them they responded extremely unprofessional and rude a real ******** *****. Dont buy from them I said well if I dont get the bag I will have to call my credit card company. He she it had a meltdown. Very rude I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

      Do not order anything from this business. They never answer the phone or reply to emails. They take over a month to deliver anything and only after theyre threatened from a credit card dispute. Just read all the 1 star reviews and ******* videos about their customer service. Its horrible. Dont waste your time, theyre are plenty of other reputable online businesses that deliver on time and have great customer service, ********************* to name one is great to deal with.

      Terrible customer service and I still havent received my refund on an item that hasnt shipped. I dont want their strong ant name on the side of my bike. I couldnt get and answer or update for the longest time of status.
