    We have been sent packages of diet pills monthly for the last 6+ months and have no idea how they got ordered and/or how they are being paid for. I would like assurance we are not being charged for these pills and request they stop sending. I have tried several ways to contact them about this issue with no response from the company. I have included one of the tracking numbers from a recent package below.

    I have received two packages from Return Solution that I did not order.
    The first one that I did not order contained 3 bottles of a weight loss supplement. I threw them away.
    The package I received today was not ordered by me and I am returning it marked”return to sender.” I appears to contain 3 bottles.

    I bought an item called a Power Saver. It is supposed to reduce your electric bill. It does not reduce the electric cost at all. I received no invoice or packing slip so I have no phone number to ask for a refund. Also a gift card of $75.00 was promised for am extra $10.00. I did not receive the gift card. In total I am out almost $75.00. I would like my money back and to prevent other people from being scammed.

    On Feb ******* I saw an ad on my phone for ** aid, I ordered 2 bottles @ ***** each, the sale didnt go thru, I had forgotten that I ordered a new card and the one I used was cancelled, they texted me and said to text them back to complete sale. I had changed my mind and didnt comply. Called the bank when a charge of ****** came up on my account. **** reach this company now ! Would like a refund . Since I didnt complete sale, dont know how they got my new card number!!

    2/17/25 Return Solutions took $199.95 out of my checking account without my permission. Several months ago I signed up for a free sample of something to decrease blood glucose levels. The product was not effective and I still have the bulk of the product remaining. I noted today after receiving another p package from this company, that they took out $199.95 from my checking account. I did not sign up for a recurring subscription at all. I want my $199.95 returned to me. I am notifying my bank to refuse any further charges from this company as well.

    Today on January 28th, 2025 I received a package from this business at my address but the name for addressee is no one that lives at this address. I called the company to try to explain what happened. Definitely a language barrier. They wanted me to give them my personal information such as address, name,email and credit card information which I did not supply. After further research on this company come to find out that this business is a scam and there have been multiple complaints as well as another business I found on internet that has a disclaimer this is not them but they are aware these individuals are using a similar name but not there name. I would like this investigated because they are doing illegal things.

    I made a one time purchase for gummies, they overcharged me then, but I let it go. Now they have charged my credit card again and mailed more gummies. I am sending the gummies back, I want my latest charge refunded to my credit card and I want no further deliveries/charges from them.
