    Rented a small cabin for their minimum two nights at $200 a night. Room was so filthy. I could not stay in it by the time I got to the room the office was closed and the next day I had plans with friends so I was not able to turn in the key until 5 o'clock, they refuse to refund my money even though the cabin had not been used and were very nasty on and condescending on the phone. I have pictures of a nasty shower, stall, food and stains on the chairs, food, and things spilled on the dining set. And a wash cloth that I used to go over the floor in front of the bed that is black so obvious the floors have not been mopped in ages. So disgusting that I had to stay with other friends I could not use this room no apologies from management, just a matter of fact response that they had no intentions of returning the fees. This was my 70th birthday trip that I had looked forward to and it was ruined. Not just because the room was so filthy and I couldn't use it but the attitude of the management really really hurt my feelings.
