    Returned an unopened item for full refund. Item was received on 12/9/2024 and no refund as of 1/7/2025. Consumer service said the request was escalated to the upper management, but still no refund or any response.

    I ordered a NEMA 10-30 smart splitter, an also a EV charger adapter, so that we could charge my wife’s electric car. These products potentially save you money. From having to hire an electrician to hardwire a charging station to your circuit breaker. The charging station, that we ordered, requires my power, than the circuit breaker for my dryer. Long story short, we had to hire an electrician to hardwire the unit to the circuit breaker. I requested a return and received the packing slips and return labels. I shipped the items back, and received confirmation by tracking #, that they have received the return. I reached out to the company, serval times via their website, to verify receipt of the return. I have also reached out to the company, about the status of my return. Still no response! My order # SH5565

    Purchased a 40A EV splitter from Neo Charge on 8/10/23 from Neo Charge. The device worked as expected until 9/8/23 when the secondary side to the splitter would shut off after about 30 seconds charging a 40A. The primary side appears to be OK. I contacted Neo Charge and they (Analise) emailed me the next day wanting information.
    I supplied them with all the information they requested.
    I have emailed and messaged the company at least 4 times since, no reply.
    I phoned the only phone number listed ###-###-####, Spencer Harrison CEO. Mailbox is full.
    I would like a replacement or a full refund.
