    Package sent from The UPS Store #0941 located at 793 E. Foothill Ste A San Luis Obispo, Ca 93405 on 01/03/2025. It cost me $13.63. It should have arrived the next day. It was a gift. I waited a week to check with the recipient. The recipient told me it was never received. The tracking number was recognized but info was not available at that time. I waited a couple days and tried again. Same information. I returned to the store to get assistance and was told I needed to file a claim. When I went to do this, a notation was made that the package had been damaged and the contents missing. I was unable to file a claim because the feature on the website was disabled. Once again, I returned to the store, pulled up the tracking number with the note that the package had been damaged and the contents missing and showed it to the associate. I also showed the associate how I was unable to file a claim. The associate verified the info I was sharing on their store computer and saw how the option to file a claim was disabled. He took my name and number and said the mgr. would get back with me. Weeks passed and I never heard from the manager. I returned to the store but once again the manager was not available. I was assured they would get to the bottom of this and would be in touch with me. Again, I never heard from them. I returned to the store again, The associate found the transaction on his computer but could not explain why this matter had still not been settled. Once again the manager was not available. I finally got a voicemail from the store manager, M****** *****, saying, “I do not see that there is a claim that we filed on your behalf. And now we are past the 120 day mark and so this claim cannot be filed with UPS. It’s too late to file a refund. I’m sorry. Take care have a great day…”
    I pursued this loss back in January 2025 but received no productive assistance and now the time has run out.
