Friday, February 17, 2024 at 1404. The distracted female driver/vehicle operator of the black Ford from Next Step Transports, carelessly, and inattentively, pulled into the gas station, and parked right in front of my car. The driver of the black Ford with the California License Plate Number 9FAS185 hit the front of my car and front grille with special sensors. I had to activate my horn to warn and prevent the driver from further inflicting more severe damages to my vehicle. When she saw that I went to look at the damages, she nonchalantly denied hitting my car and slammed her door and drove away! No apologies were provided for the incident. Vehemently denied the incident occurred and feigned ignorance! Unbelievable! I have videos, and I’m certain that the company car is also equipped with security and safety cameras. Please investigate! I demand an apology from the operator of the black Ford with the CA License Plate number 9FAS185. Furthermore, the driver should be educated and trained on how to operate a vehicle cautiously, carefully, attentively, focused/undistracted, and safely. More specifically, by keeping and abiding all of the rules of the road, and in addition to the parking rules and regulations! By constantly, consciously keeping and remaining at a safe distance from other moving and non-moving vehicles, and people at all time! Maintaining the appropriate permitted moving speed. Finally, that driver/vehicle operator needs to learn how to be accountable for all their actions, especially when they are transporting patients!
When I have discovered any damages inflicted to the front of my car and the sensors, that resulted from this specific incident, which was video recorded with sounds, Next Step Transports must be accountable and held responsible for all and any damages. Furthermore, please be prepared to provide your company, Next Step Transports’s, auto insurance to compensate for the damage(s) inflicted upon my vehicle from the accident or incident.

    Hi,

I have investigated this thoroughly, and the complaint that was filed has no merit.  I looked on our camera system, spoke with my employee, and also spoke with the individual making the complaint on the phone prior to him making this complaint.  We had a very pleasant conversation on phone and the individual seemed to be having a mental health crisis while talking to him.  Next Step Transports is a non-emergency medical transportation company that transports individuals of all ages to psychiatric hospitals all over California.  The individual making the complaint said he looked at my website and said, "he was a client that has used these services in the past".  I told him that I was really sorry that he had to go through this stress and that I would investigate this on my part as well.  He said he had videos of proof that his car was hit, but he sent me videos that show nothing close of this.  The videos have no sound and showed nothing except my employee pulling up to the gas pump and pump gas into the vehicle.  The individual making the complaint even went up to my driver after he made the videos and my employee said, I am sorry if I got to close to your car, but I never hit your car and I had to pull up to get to the pump.  The induvial making the complaint replied to my employee, "I know you did not hit my car, I just honked because you were close".  I take pride on my company and the people that work for me.  We do amazing work and everyone always gives us high praise for the work we do so having this complaint on the BBB really makes me sad.  I really hope that this can be taken down at some point.  The individual making the complaint keeps telling me that he wants the employee to call him and apologize, but there was no fault on my employees side.  I am willing to do what I can to make this right, but I already spoke to him on the phone and it seemed like everything was good, but then after he has been making these complaints.  Please let me know if there is anything else you need from me or if I can do anything to make this right.
