    CCH built our pool and did a terrible job. We had to fire them and hire a new contractor to fix the many mistakes that were made by CCH. Our pool is lower in one corner, the cement work is subpar, and customer service was horrible.

    We called CCH pools to our townhome community for a repair on our automatic pool cover. Tach came out and advised of issue, left and sent an invoice for the assessment. I let company know that I wanted to move forward with repair, but they advised that a company from Fresno assist with repairs, and they would not come out until they had a sufficient workload to satisfy the trip. After several weeks of no contact, I reached out for status at which time I was told that I would be contacted when there were enough jobs in the area to satisfy the company that assists. Needless to say, that was a year ago with no communication since then.
