      This is my HOA/ Property Management Company. I have a hole in my roof that is the HOA's responsibility to fix and the repair has been approved by the board. I have been in contact with the roofing contractor of THIS COMPANY's choice and he is ready to perform the work but this company will not approve it for some reason. I have submitted a service request and done everything properly.


      When I call their operator it rings and rings during business hours. They will not return my calls or e-mails. All I want is my roof fixed which is a simple transaction. Just approve it please. They are basing all of their customer service on a chat-bot that doesn't work. Please staff your Operator phones and do your jobs.

      The owner has been contacted and told that the skylight takes 4-6 weeks to arrive.  When it does arrive, the roofing company, M***** *******, will schedule installation.  We have discussed the communication issues with him.
