    Ordered sail in June 2024 promised by September. Then by October Then by end of the year 12/31/24 Still nothing! Called everyone, and they all said that “Karl” (the owner) is the only one that can help. I called again from a different phone a number on a presale email and got KARL on his cell phone. He said he was in a meeting and would call me right back. Two days later and no call I tried again, text, calls, messages and emails. Now it has been a week. I really want the sail and I paid in full over six months ago. Please help me get my sail!
