    Product received Jan. 2025 with packaging that fraudulently claims it is located in Beverly Hills, CA. This company continues to harass me and accuse me of lying about an allergic reaction from their product. I called immediately and was told I did not need to return the product. I'm getting harassing calls 6 months later. The billing department says the customer service department can only help me and the customer service department tells me only the billing department can help me.
    The service representatives are rude and one even hung up on me. They say I owe money for a continued subscription and they refuse to cancel it or take the product back. I am not paying for a product that caused me a medical issue. I will gladly return it. Instead they told me they are going to ruin my credit rating with all 3 bureaus. No reputable business operates in this manner.

    SCAM. My mother purchased this for a small amount in July 2024. Multiple fraudulent charges showed up on her credit card afterwards. That card was canceled. They are now trying to tell her she owes $129. When she refused to give them a credit card over the phone and asked them to email her the details and they refused. They told her she is not eligible to receive any correspondence - that she can only pay over the phone. 100% scam!!

    This company is a fraud. After I ordered and received a $6.97 legitimate product, charges started popping up on my credit card from seemingly different, generically named vendors. It took me over three months to fully catch up, by which time the damage was $219.76. We'll see if even calling the company stopped the charges.

    Same problem as everyone else except luckily my card never got charged the $129. I had to freeze my card because I miss placed my wallet. Long story short after the first threatening call saying it didn’t go through my credit card and they were collecting, I called the company and finally got my name, address and telephone number removed from them. Luckily I found my wallet in my car but going to keep that card frozen until a replacement arrives. They are frauds!

    This is a scam! I got pulled in because they falsely advertised as MaryKay product. Add said pay shipping only now they are charging full price. I even called customer service and asked if it was a subscription and if I would be charged in the future, rep said NO.! Lies, don’t buy this! I give it a negative 10!

    Ordered the same deal as people below me… 1 bottle free pay taxes..then all of sudden I got charged $129.00 ..which I did not authorize. I want my money back now! The product doesn’t even work!

    I would rate this company negative 5 stars if I could. I received an online offer for a "trial" of this product for $10.00 Shipping only. There was no verbiage that stated I was signing up for repeat offers or would owe anything else. Now in Oct. a phone call comes from a supposed representative of this company saying that I owe $129.00 for the product and that there will be more products coming that I will need to pay for because I didn't cancel my "subscription". This call comes at least 5-6 months after I received the bottle? If I "subscribed" why would they wait months to contact me. I don't recall exactly how I paid the $10.00 but I usually use PayPal for things I order from an unknown seller. Hopefully they don't have my credit card number and won't be trying to add charges that I will fight. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT.

    This site is a scam company. They hook you in and when you wanna cancel, they keep charging you and wrapping you up in one big headache.

    My teenage daughter won a free small bottle of serum off the website, pay shipping $6.97. They also offered her a small moisturizer for $6.97. now my bank amount is being charged $129... They said it was a trial for 7 days. How is free a trial?? My teenage daughter doesn't need any anti-aging serum she has good skin. I would never order a product at this price, I don't need the product either. Again how is free a 7 day trial?? I called and told them I did not authorize this, that is how I found out that this is supposedly a free trial , they're saying that she authorized it on my card I didn't authorize this I only authorized the shipping for the free stuff. When I called they said I could have a partial refund which I appreciate but I don't want a partial refund I want a full refund. This is not acceptable. It's probably a scam anyway why would I want to spend my money on something that I don't know actually even works? I saw on YouTube that they're saying they were on shark tank no they weren't. Those are fake pictures of the people on shark tank if you pay close attention you will be able to tell and that this is a scam and do not fall for it.
