    On June 19th, 2022, I contracted with *************************************** to provide me with a 3D Design of my landscaping project. At that time I paid him $750.00. I never rcvd the 3D design as promised. In good faith, I then paid him $4,950 for the demo of the project with the agreement that no design work would begin or material purchased until i rcvd the 3D rendering. ***** had 2 guys work on demo for a total of **** hours. He informed me that he pays his workers $250.00/day. The total for the hours worked would = $1,000.00. ***** refused to continue work on my project until I would give him more money. He requested another $7,000 up front or he would not continue the project. I refused to pay him any additional money until he finished the demo which I paid up front for. ***** then abandoned the project on 7/5/22 as well as left a trailer in the front of my house from 7/5/22-7/11/22. ***** misrepresents himself as being a licensed contractor when he is in fact not licensed. I have paid ***** a total of $5,700.00 which I am seeking a refund of $4,700.00.
