    We Care is always *************** worthy and they know how to fix all your AC and Heating needs. We care has replaced all my pipes in the house, water heater and HVAC system. I wouldnt go to any other company for these needs.Thank you We Care!

    The good: was able to identify the problem immediately, good technically.. The thermostat shorted out. The not so good; granted that I called for same day service and they said that they could send a guy over but gave a 5 hour window and showed up 6 hours later. The app showing the tech arrival does not work. The guy then tried to upsale me on several items. Very expensive thermostat, super expensive surge protector, expensive warranty, etc. Wanted to charge $700. I paid the show up fee and went to *********** $100 and problem solved. The other irritating thing was that they installed the system and treated me like family before, but maybe things have changed after the merger. I dont mind paying a fair price for good service but expect to be treated fairly.

    First time user of their water heater tuneup service. They kept me informed on time by reminding text and by calling me too. Let me know who is coming, ******* did a good job and I will return for their services again

    My technician, *******, diagnosed my plumbing issue fast. The service that I needed wasnt something that he could do, but was able to get another technician out quickly. He didnt charge me for the diagnosis.

    **************** Heating and Air provided great service! ***********, **** was able to quickly and efficiently diagnose the problem we had with our Tankless H20 Heater. He was very thorough, clear in his communication and honest. I'd highly recommend you give them a call for your plumbing needs.
