      Paramount Transportation System (PTS) is a moving company referred by my employer. *** was responsible for my move from ******* to ***. The company packaged and picked up my items on September 4th, 2024 from ****************** and delivered the packages to ******************* on September 27th, 2024. PTS lost a ******** ********* dress shirt valued at $892 with tailoring costs. Their liability insurer, *******, has rejected the claim. PTS has not responded to my concerns.

At Paramount, honest feedback is a key part of our quality control efforts, as our aim is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. We deeply value the more than 20 years of partnership with your company and the business we've shared over the years. I believe our long-standing relationship reflects the high level of service we deliver.

      Our records show that you have been in contact with ***** *****, Claims Consultant at *******. As with any insurance policy, loss must be documented. This is essential for verifying that the loss occurred while the goods were in our care. After reviewing the delivery documents for your shipment, ******* did not find that you were missing anything that would explain the missing shirt, and as a result the underwriter cannot approve the claim for missing item.

      I have signed a contract to ship my furniture from the ** to ****** for 15 cubic meters. When the movers came to pick up my furniture on 31 May 2022, I signed a form stipulating that the shipment was 15 cm (copy with Paramount). When the shipment arrived home on 16 August 2022, I asked the movers how big was my shipment. Their responses: between 8cm and 10 cm, the truck capacity was 20 cm (see attached email from AGS stating that the truck will have a capacity of 20cm). I am in dismay that I had to leave so many items behind that I would have loved to bring back home after 25 years abroad. Hence the reason that I ask for a partial refund.
