    Please do not purchase any of the cleanse items from them. I purchased a 21 day cleanse and they delivered 1 of 3 paid for deliveries. You cannot contact *********** will not return phone calls or emails.

    **************** would not resolute green drinks arriving later than expected and told me to drink my expired green drink stating you have enough for 7 days to last you into the next day. Despite the fact Im being charged $600+ not including shipping fees. So this is chef vs problem and not mine unlike the customer serve representative on the phone told, its not our problem and I said well what do I do for the morning?. Im also on week 2 of the obsessive cleanse. So I cant go off track and eat other things. I paid all this money and trust to be treated like this. So I emailed the company and they said the delivery service can deliver from 8am to 9pm and that my last weeks green drink delivery should last until tommarow. ******** is November 10 and the green drinks expiration date is November 8th. Im flabbergasted at all of the responses Im receiving from customer service. I want a recourse for this. I have email receipts as proof. They also do not send you tracking number until the day it delivers. Im sitting here waiting on my only day off wondering when it will deliver. This isnt the first time Ive asked for tracking in advance. This needs to be solved instead of blaming the customer time and time again.

    ***** reached out to request the tracking number and this was provided the same day. Her order was scheduled for delivery on 11/9/22 via 3rd party carrier *** who delivered that day on time. She was sent 7 days worth of product and consumed it within 6 days instead of 7, so her complaint was that she did not receive enough product although we sent 7 days worth. Her order arrived on time and she had the product she needed for the next day. She was concerned the product would not last long enough for her to consume it so we let her know she could freeze a days worth if she needed more time and we will include a free extra bottle with the next delivery. She was happy with this solution and agreed.

    Product expires on 11/8/2022, no instructions were given to freeze until 11/9/2022. I did not consume all of my green drinks. The delivery was at 7pm 11/9/2022 therefore I will have to freeze another green drink so that it does not expire because it will not last 7 days for sure. This business is not telling the full truth and I am not happy about it. This business needs to be honest and truthful when they advertise their products not after the consumer sees the problems themselves when payment was already taken. My complaint is very valid and I am happy that BBB decided to send an extra drink but they need to be sincere and honest. I have receipts for proof that I am being fully transparent and honest about my concerns instead of having customer service shut me down. How about meet in the middle and be understanding?
