If you want a company that will do exceptional work at a reasonable market price and be responsible for everything Tuscany Pavers is the company to hire. We wanted to replace about ***** sq.ft. of cement with pavers. We obtained 4 bids. Three, including Tuscany, were within a few hundred of dollars of one another. One was thousands more and appeared based upon the size of our residence and neighborhood rather than being fair. An architect friend we trust worked on a residence in our area, used Tuscany and highly recommended Tuscany. ****, our main Tuscany contact person, recommended a project they had completed nearby. We were impressed. The other companies did not show an interest in us. We hired Tuscany and were amazed at the craftsmanship and speed of the crew. I have never seen such coordination and exactness in completing the job. Every person of the 8 or so crew worked a full hard day. Some joints required custom fitting shapes such as triangles. The job was finished a week less than estimated. What surprises me about pavers is that there is little to no water runoff; we live on a high steep hill. After the job, I hired Tuscany to repair two outside electrical boxes. There was a mishap and the electrical service was blown out in our barn. Instead of leaving us to solve the problem, **** showed ** in a short time with a new freezer, saved any food loses and Tuscany fixed and repaired everything. There was no attempt to skirt responsibility. This impressed me as much as the quality of the paving job. If you want a company that offers fair price, high quality work, and will watch your back, this is the company to hire. ************ ***************
