      Had a rat infestation at my home. I had Pro Pacific *************** since 4/5/2018. When I called I was told I needed to "RAT PROOF " my home for an additonal cost of $2400.00. Desperate I signed the contact. Pro Pacific came out and did work but did not even have the materials. I provided electical tape for them to tape up where the rats had chewed through my air conditioning hose. I called them again as I continued to have rat droppings in the area. They came and set 1 snap trap, area in pics still not addressed. A second rat was caught, let for 7 days in their locked trap, a true health hazard. No rat droppings were cleaned up. In the contract they state they would set attic traps, none were set. Multiple calls, texts and emails have failed to be returned. I had to have a family member come to assist with rats caught in traps I had to purchase. i continue to receive past due ******** . I agreed to pay $250 but their manager **** insisted on $1,000. This was not out contractual agreement. I have cancelled all service with their company. I have a credit score of 834, never a late payment and honor my obligations. I would like for this company to resolve this matter and admit they did not provide the service the stated they would provide.

      This complaint is regarding the trapping services offered. During the initial visit to sell the services, the representative was very professional and knowledgeable. They went over a comprehensive plan and structure to trap and remove the rats in the house. This trapping service costs $495 and would consist of 4 professional visits. As we were told and what was advertised. After our free inspection a week later our first visit was performed. This person had no notes, plan, or idea what to do. I explained what the sales rep had told me, and he said OK and put about $15 worth of traps around the house, and a black box in the yard. I then received a bill that this was a second visit. On the actual second visit, a new service person came and said they were there to seal the house (a separate service offered) I asked this person about the traps and how they did not appear to be working. He told me, Someone else checks those, Im here to do the sealing. So, at this point I figured, fine this is for the other service. After the sealing person left, I received a bill saying that 3 rodent trapping visits had occurred!? None of this was true, the person that had just arrived only sealed the house and I complained of the trapping issues. I then tried contacting the company and our rep many times to get a resolution. I could not get a hold of anyone. I received 1 call while I was in a meeting after 2 weeks of complaints. *** tried to call back and have sent several emails, but still no response. Their negligence and lack of response forced me to tackle the rat issue on my own. I built my own traps, w/ bait thanks to ******* and was able to catch the rodents in my house.This is false advertising and negligence. They offered a comprehensive plan, the best traps, and bait. No of which was true. I expect a full refund for the $495 that was not performed.

      We're very sorry to know that ******************** is dissatisfied with the services he was provided. We had several service specialists and also members of our management team reach out multiple times to try to address his service concerns as appropriate, but had difficulty in making contact to resolve the issue. In consideration of ************************ unhappiness regarding the service performed, we have already issued a refund for the trapping, which amounted to a total of $495 as requested.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
