    I ordered by email, from Quilt in the Day My on April 5th. My order of April 5th was incorrect.They sent two of one item and did not send an item.They will not send me the item that I have already paid for, until I return the incorrect item!It is their mistake and I am not able to get what I paid for until I fix their mistake!!!This is a terrible business model.

    Customer did receive two of the same jellyroll, item is very similar in color. We did admit that it was an error on our end, customer refused to return the item and requested that we ship the other jellyroll. We told her unfortunately we could not offer the item for free and can either issue an exchanged for the two jellyroll. She refused and was adamant that she will keep the item for free. After speaking with her and coming to conclusion that she would return the item using the  prepaid shipping label we provided, at no cost to her, and we would ship the correct jelly. However, to date, the customer has not returned the incorrect item as agreed.

    Oh my God!   Such liars!!!

    I never said that I would not return the item they sent in error!!!  I NEVER said that i would keep it!

    They refused to send me what I paid for until I returned their error.

    I said that I would indeed return their error, once they sent me the correct item ordered.  

    I cannot believe they would lie.  What a horrible business!

    They are refusing to send me a legally purchased item until I return their mistake.

    I will happily return their mistake once I get my item.

    On April 15th, I had a personal conversation with the customer regarding a jelly roll purchase. The customer expressed a strong desire to keep the jelly roll she had received. She was adamant about wanting the correct item to be shipped to her without returning the original one. 

    After much discussion, we reached an agreement that she would return the jelly roll in exchange for us shipping her a return envelope and label. The customer received the return envelope and shipping label on April 24th. It was agreed that once she returned the item as promised on April 15th, we would promptly send out the correct item. Unfortunately, due to the value of the items being $47.95, we are unable to offer the option for the customer to keep it for free. 

    I made every effort to work with the customer to resolve the issue amicably.

    I ordered two precut charm packages that were on sale. I placed my order on their website for a total of $11.96 on 12/29/23, and paid by credit card.I later received a phone call from someone named ****, who stated that shipping had not been charged, and they would at it on.I responded in writing that that was not acceptable, and that I had, in good faith, placed the order, paid for it, and expected it to be fulfilled.Today I received notice that a return was approved for $11.96.I am very disappointed. I have purchased numerous products from QIAD, and never had such an upsetting experience.

    *************************** placed an order, for an advertised special that did not advertise that item for free shipping. Over 100 customers ordered this item that day and paid shipping. When she placed that order, our system failed to charge our standard $6.45 shipping charge. ***** was contacted shortly after placing the order with two options; pay for the shipping charges or cancel the order. ***** chose to cancel the order. We promptly cancelled her order as specified and issued her a refund.

    Quilt in a Day did sell out of that product on that day. Since then, we have ordered more. They are no longer offered at a 60% off, however if ***** would like to order up to 2 of that item at the discounted price and pay the shipping fee, we will honor the discounted price.
