    On May 2nd, 2025, I ordered $233.79 worth of products from candymachines.com and got a confirmation number after I paid for all of my products including shipping which said it was $0. I then got an email 2 days later on May 4th saying that I owed $52.31 for shipping which I said I wouldn't pay because we already had an agreement at a certain price that they refused to uphold. They then proceeded to cancel my order without my consent. I just want the products I ordered at the price of $233.79 since that is what both parties had agreed to. I have gotten the $233.79 back but I want the products at the price I was promised. Please let me know if you need anything else.

    My apologies for this experience.  The bug we experienced where the website did not calculate shipping charges for orders was our mistake, and not yours.  I see that the original charges were refunded to you.  In addition I have approved the order to be processed and shipped.  You should receive the goods this week.

    09/10/2024 i purchased 2 mini cut machines and their website says 2 year warranty ive been trying to get them to fix one of the machines that showed up not in working order and they had 1 tech call me he was to contact me back on monday at 9 a.m this has not happened yet and its now close bof business still no call. i i now have a pile of scrap metal since it does not work. i call this theft by deception the police are calling it this also. * will also be calling their finance companies that deal with them and urging them to pull funding for this vendor.i should not have to work on brand new machines that i just paid for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. i spoke with the owner and i am very happy the way everything has now turned out.

    We purchased Seaga SM2300 Snack and Soda Combo Machine from Candymachines on October 11, 2023. It arrived as described and was delivered to our residential home serving women with disabilities at ********************; ******************************************************************. It was transported and installed at the *********************; *********************************. The machine was plugged in and stocked, but did not work from Day One. Numerous calls and emails were placed to SEAGA support technicians ********************* and ************************* in attempts to troubleshoot the issues. A variety of items were sent to rectify the situation with the last attempt being a complete replacement of the motherboard. **************** walked Riverbrook Residence staff person *********************** through all the installments. The machine still did not work properly. The beverage part never stayed cold, the food part would not give back change. There were messages left all over the machine by angry patrons who either never got their product or change or cold beverage. Each mishap sent us back to calling and emailing **************** for further assistance. The final email to him suggested we contact Candymachines to talk of a refund. I contacted ********************* who reached out to his supervisor ***************************. ************************** response email is below:We dont offer a return of vending machines. So, I cannot validate Colleens comments. I know that **************** would never agree to the return either. If the machine isnt working, she can work with customer service to get the machine work. Note, the machines are fully tested prior to shipping and everything past inspection at that time. *******, can you please provide us the *** you state you were given by a Seaga representative, and give us the name of said representative. Note, this does not authorize a return, but I can at least get some clarity on things for all of us.     I have recently filed a BBB dispute with ***** because they did not deliver my package from this company to the correct address for the SECOND time. This company opened a report the first time ***** screwed up and sent another package. This time around, I made an order July 20th. I also ordered from Chewy.com on the same day. The tracking number for the candymachines.com order from Fed Ex was ************; candymachines.com order number: #*******. All 3 packages were delivered to the WRONG address on July 22nd. MY address is ******************************************. They delivered it to ***** ********, *******, **, *****. I live in a mobile home park and that ******** address is on the main road IN FRONT of the park; its a brick and mortar house with a concrete porch. My TRAILER is vinyl and has wood steps. I reported this issue to candymschines.com. They said up to 10 business days for a response. I check my email a few days ago, specially, 8/3, and there is an email saying that ***** claimed they delivered the package right and I will not be getting a reorder. I filed a BBB on ***** over this past weekend. Today, I went into my bank account to file a dispute over the $57.34 that I was charged on 7/20 for the package that I have never received. I searched my bank account history and the transaction was removed all together. I only have 2 transactions from April 3rd and April 28th from candymachines. Nothing from July 20th. I called my bank and they verified. I had NO notification of the refund, the email I received about my missing package did NOT say that a refund would be issued. So, this company reversed my payment or went into my account and completely wiped it. I never even saw my balance increase by $57.34, Im not sure what they were getting out. They did not need to do that, especially without consent, because this is now turning into a larger issue. They can refund me again since I never saw anything to begin with. If you need any more evidence, let me know
