    Damaged part by ****** refused to replace wanted entire satellite dish set up sent back very shady said if I had not contacted Amazon they would of worked it out no instructions have to email them then not specified to my satellite dish I purchased Amazon tried to very difficult company to work with no satisfaction

    Phat Satellite is by far the WORST experience I have ever dealt with for an online business. Their customer service is horrendous! They seem to enjoy stringing the email back/forth as long as possible and creating more and more rediculous issues. My complaint was simply that only half of my order was sent, it turned into weeks of back and forth and insinuations that their 'yes there are many crooks out there'. Shame on Amazon for even partnering with such a group!I would have selected zeor stars if the system allowed it.
