I am seeking help in receiving several refunds from Wifinatix. I set up internet service with them last year (2023) when I moved into this home in ******. They charge $127.00/month for their standard wifi service and $4.45/month to rent their modem, for a total monthly fee of $131.45. Our billing cycle is on the 25th of each month. On May 20th of this year my partner was interested in upgrading our service and called **** at Wifinatix inquiring about his options and mentioned that he will be shopping around. Immediately after this phone call I got two notifications from my bank that Wifinatix charged us $131.45 two times. I called back and **** claimed that it was because we were behind on payments. I sent him screenshots of my bank statements to prove that we've paid every month on their autopay system. He reluctantly realized the mistake on his end and said he would issue the refunds. He only reversed one of the charges and then billed us again on 5/26/24 for our normal billing cycle. We told him that we're still expecting the second refund and will be discontinuing service next month. He avoided our phone calls that next month beginning on the 24th (two days before the end of our billing cycle). We finally got ahold of him and paid his $299 cancellation fee on 6/27/24 and returned the modem within the required time. Today (7/26/24) I opened my banking app to find a pending charge from Wifinatix for $131.45. I cannot get ahold of anyone from the company regarding this charge and I feel that I am still entitled to my second refund from May and now this charge. I am upset that they kept my debit card information and that it is still in their autopay billing system. I am hoping to receive a refund (and an apology??) to a total of ($131.45 x 2) = $262.90
