    For close to 9 months we have tried to get my parents' gravestone approved for production. They are very attentive when they want you to buy their gravestones, but completely ignore you to get another supplier to complete it. Months of calls and emails and incomplete, unclear responses. Points of contacts have left their company while managers like Veronica Alvarez and Lisha Huang are aware of the dysfunctional process yet do nothing. Do not buy your gravestone plots, they are completely unprofessional.

    Dear Skylawn Memorial Management,(******* and ******)I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessional behavior exhibited by one of your family advisors, ******, during my grandmother's burial service held yesterday at 10 a.m.During what was an incredibly emotional and somber moment for our family, ******'s conduct was highly inappropriate. Specifically, while my mother-in-law was visibly distraught, I saw ****** fist bumping and smiling with the groundskeeper in the background. This display of casual and unprofessional behavior was both upsetting and disrespectful during a time when we were all grieving.To make matters worse, ****** approached us with a seemingly trivial question about whether we wanted to keep the bag containing my grandmother's ashes. Her timing and manner were entirely inappropriate, adding to our distress rather than providing the support and compassion we expected from your service.She said that we could drive to the site but when we requested that we walk to her plot, she looked a little annoyed. This experience has left us deeply dissatisfied with the level of service, professionalism and empathy we received. We entrusted Skylawn Memorial to handle this delicate moment with the utmost respect and decorum, and unfortunately, this was not our experience.We request that you address this matter promptly to ensure that no other family has to endure such unprofessional conduct during their time of grief. A formal apology from ****** and a review of her behavior would be appropriate steps to begin remedying this situation.Thank you for your attention to this serious matter. I look forward to your prompt response.All we got was a half filled apology from ******. This is just unacceptable.

    Skylawn cemetery has given our family the worst service possible. Our Father died on 12/11/22 and to-date we do not get telephone calls answered. We are still waiting for answers as to when our Fathers ashes will be ready to transfer to Memorial Services. Our Father is still in LIMBO. Our family has made calls daily and have stopped by in person. We have had no response from their service in many, many, days now. Do not use this service because they dont care about their clients nor the clients loved one.BUYER BEWARE
