On June the 17th 2024 I completed a survey for me when you got a mitigation software as I've been a paralegal for 35 years I was told that it takes 10 days for your project to be with you and if successful then you will receive your payment well I got a letter saying congratulations when I went to request my payment it said that I should request it's a **** card because it is so much easier to receive than PayPal as that takes a long time so I'm assuming this is like tremendous a site where you can request your own prepaid card and it's instantaneous well that is not what this is this is something that's going to tell you you have to wait 10 more days to receive your payment 10 more business days all together the equivalent of a month. I sent them a few emails questioning why I had to wait a whole 10 more business days because it only says we have to wait 10 business days after you eat your project well this morning to my surprise which is July the 3rd of *************************************************************************************************************************************************************** that is stealing I want my money how dare they

      Business Response

      Date: 07/11/2024

This matter has been resolved. The participant's responses to a Survey were flagged by Maven's system as potentially being fraudulent. This is a standard practice in our industry designed to protect customers from spending money for Survey responses that might not be truthful or represent the respondent's best and most sincere efforts.

The matter was investigated thoroughly by Maven's quality control team. Despite several initial red flags, the response was ultimately accepted and the respondent was paid. We now consider this matter resolved.

Note that Maven reserves the right to thoroughly review all content submitted by our participants to ensure completeness, accuracy, truthfulness, and compliance with the Maven Code of Conduct (*****************************************************).

I am rejecting this response because:
Although the company states that I have been paid I have not yet been paid when I am paying I will then advise the better Business bureau of the same and I will drop the complaint but I have not been paid yet they still have taken what I feel to be an excessive amount of time and giving me my compensation and I have not received it yet so I don't know why they told you that I was paying it was credited to my account and I put in for a payment but no I have not received it yet and I asked him if they could put it in right after they realized that they had made a mistake I thought it was the least they can do for the stress that they had caused me and they just said it would be process this week well it has not been processed evidently because I have not received yet
      Sincerely,

I completed an Electronic Survey on the topic of Artificial Intelligence and **************************** Solutions through Maven on 8/7/23. I spent about 20 minutes answering the entire survey and once it was submitted, I get this message: Awww, shucks!Unfortunately, it appears you aren't the right fit for this Survey. Our customer has very specific requirements for this project, which your responses didn't match. This does not make sense and the company refused to pay the promised compensation for completing the survey. This is dishonest.

This individual attempted to take a Survey, but, based upon their responses, did not meet the client's specifications and was disqualified from participation prior to completion. Their prior responses were discarded and not included in the Survey results.

Maven only provides compensation for completed work by qualified participants, as is clearly stated in Maven's Payment Policy: ****************************************************

This is standard practice in the market research industry; there is nothing "dishonest" about it.
