      I ordered OnPoint Testing when international COVID procedures were still in place. I was going to travel internationally and to get back to the **, I needed to have a negative COVID test. I placed an order for the test a week before all restrictions were lifted. I paid the company in advance. Since I no longer needed OnPoints services, I requested a refund. They sent me paperwork to fill out so I can get a full arefund. I submitted all the paperwork and never received a refund. I called customer service a few times and they advised I needed to wait for my refund. I waited about a month with no refund. Since I wasnt getting anywhere with the company, I submitted a dispute with my credit card company. I provided all the evidence showing that i should not be paying this company for services I never used. After tons of back and forth, my dispute was denied and I was still responsible to pay. I cannot believe I am being charged for something that I did not use and the company is not willing to help in any way. To me thats fraud! They have horrible customer service and I hope no one uses their scheming business again.

      I scheduled a covid test with a home test and them with a virtual meeting. They never came to the meeting but took my money. Approximately $36 but I am concerned because they have all of my information . I have emailed them many many times with no response.

      On 8/9/2022 scheduled testing appointments for 3 individuals, including myself. Was charged a total of $207.00 for the transaction. Canceled appointment before needed. Was told refund would take 15 business days. After 15 business days passed, I checked in and they claimed they were busy and be patient. Checked in after 15 more business days, no reply. Checked in again yesterday, to find my email was blocked. Looked on internet and found many reviews claiming that this place is a scam and never really even does testing. Using Covid to prey on consumers.

      Booked a test on the 17th of September at the LA location for 2 people. We paid our $138 USD outright. A few days before the appointment they cancelled our appointment as they were shutting down on that day. We booked for another covid test last minute. I have been in contact with ******* since then who keeps ensuring me that the refund is coming and they are waiting on the merchant. Now ******** email is not accepting emails and the website for onpoint testing is not working. Where is my $138. I am not impressed.

      Scheduled 2 months in advance for a proctored Covid test for the day we were flying out to go on cruise 9-24-22. Verified the appointment a couple of weeks before test. Day of test and a few hours before our flight, the Zoom meeting code they gave us would not work and was invalid. They refuse to return my $60. This company is a scam.

      On Sept., 5, 2022 I signed up with On Point Testing for a virtual testing appointment via Zoom scheduled for Sept. 23, 2022 at 9 PM. On Point sent to me a link to open the meeting with a host from On Point. I paid $18.99 for my husband and $18.99 for myself for a total of $37.98. We needed these tests to board a cruise ship on Sept. 25. On Sept. 22, 2022 I received a reminder for my appointment. On Sept. 23, at 8:55 PM, I went to Zoom and clicked on the link which On Point had sent to me. I waited for more than 90 minutes for the On Point host to join the meeting. No one from On Point ever joined the meeting. On Sept.24, 2022 we found a lab to do the tests and paid $134.00 for the two tests that we needed. I have contacted On Point by phone and email and have been told that they do not give refunds for virtual testing appointments since that is stated on their website. I showed up for the meeting at the appointed time. On Point did not. How can they refuse to refund my money to my credit card when they failed to provide the service which we agreed on and paid for?

      Was supposed to be online supervised Covid testing. On paid and scheduled for 09-22-2022. I paid for 4 supervised tests and followed all of the directions. I waited in a virtual exam room at the link they provided for 65 minutes and nobody ever came on the call. I needed the test for travel the next day, so I had to make other arrangements. They didn't deliver as advertised so I should be entitled to a refund. I spent over an hour on their website and cannot find anywhere that says I am not entitled to a refund.

      I paid for a proctored telehealth covid test which I was required to have within 48 hours of embarking on a cruise. I received the test on the morning of 9/21/22 and was told my results would be emailed me immediately. I never received the results and since I was flying out the next day, I had no choice but to scramble to find/get another covid test. I have emailed numerous times, but still no response.

      On Point purports to provide a virtual Covid testing ******* service whereby a customer can sign in to a virtual Zoom meeting and take an at-home Covid test with results certified by the On Point *******. This is needed for travel on most major cruise lines currently. It is a paid service. I signed my family up for testing on the company's website and prepaid as they require. I received a confirmation for our 6:30 am EST Zoom meeting for 10/3/22. Using the Zoom link provided in the email confirmation, my family and I accessed the meeting 5 minutes in advance of the time. 6:30am came and went. We remained logged in until 6:50am but no one from On Point ever started the meeting. We have attempted to contact the company but have been unable to reach anyone by phone. I am concerned that we have been scammed.

      Theyre scammers. You pay for a service they dont provide. You cant contact them. They drop calls they never answer and never email you back. Could potentially not go on a trip if testing isnt done. I want a refund but cant contact them in any regard
